JPBD Selangor has decided for each feedback or any email received from people will be replied in at least 3 working days. Hovewer, the Department will try to give a respon as soon the email is received.
In Feedback column, people can give any opinion in order to increase the quality and production of our Department. We encouraging any feedback in any aspect.
During 2012, the Department has increased the Portal standart by including the Ticket addition on it. People can check the Ticket if they are not receive any answer. By using the Ticket, people can keep track on our services.
