Objective : To create quality lifestyle environment in State of Selangor with providing excellent services in Town And Country Planning.
Therefore we pledge to :
- Hold the Planner Board Meetings 3 time a year;
- Giving Planning Comment not later than 14 days;
- Publishing/Gazetting Rancangan Struktur Negeri (RSN), Rancangan Tempatan (RT) and Rancangan Kawasan Khas (RKK) within 6 months after approval from Local Authority;
- To ensure review is made to Rancangan Struktur Negeri after 5 years it was gazetted;
- Coordinating the preparation of Rancangan Tempatan and Rancangan Kawasan Khas, to monitor its implementation based on the 5 year Malaysian Plan;
- Coordinationg Special Project Plan within 60 days;
- Hold OSC Officer meeting every 6 month;
- Hand over written result status from Appeal Board to the client and respondent within 10 days from the date the result was received from Appeal Board Chairman;
- Publishing Planning information (not confidential content) within 5 days;
- Giving efficient and friendly counter service within 5 minutes.
